CANCELLATION POLICY
all guests that cancel within a 48hr notice or no-show the appointments scheduled will be charged a 50% cancellation fee: special circumstances require client to reach out directly to salon to reschedule. 1 rescheduling occurrence is allowed, more than 1 may be subjected to cancelation fee: 25% before 48hour notice, 50% within 48hour notice.
